The external design is a collection of minimalistic straight edge forms constructed from a variation of purposeful materials, intricately assembled to create an aesthetically pleasing patch work of textures and shapes. IJONG NORTH embodies the notion of minimalism- purposeful, simple and elegant. With a monochromatic colour palette that is both sophisticated and timeless.

Interiors

The interior mirrors the exterior, simple and sophisticated. With the external colour palette continuing internally, creating cohesiveness and harmony throughout.

Open plan living areas extend to external courtyards, with full length windows, internal light wells, and glass sliding doors allowing light flow and blurring the boundaries between the internal and external environment.

Crisp white walls reflect light and illuminate spaces within, while oak tones bring contrasting warmth to the cooler finishes of stone, flecked grey carpet and terrazzo-style tiles.
